1. Bias Plaited “Tea Cup” Basket

This little basket is about the size of a large tea cup. You will receive 16 pre painted, hand cut strips, (1/2 inch wide) of water color paper with which to weave; a paper grid to follow and instruction sheet. Five color choices: (1) Blue Sky basket (blue and white); (2) earth basket (green and copper brown); (3) Nana’s basket (purple and gold; and (5) Night basket (deep blue and silver). Finished basket will be about 3” tall and 4.5” wide at the rim. $25.00 for each kit, Plus $6.00 shipping.

2. Beaded “Jewel” Basket

This little jewel of a basket is coiled with embroidery floss over a core of hemp. Beads of a coordinating color are stitched into the outer wall of the basket as one works one’s way up the basket. The rim of the basket is made with a variation of the basic color using a lace stitch to give a sweet feminine look. The finished basket is about 2” X 4”. $35.00 for kit with instructions + $6.00 shipping.
